Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your VoiceNote account and stored data at any time.

Option 1. In the app (recommended)

1. Open VoiceNote
2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
3. Complete the confirmation steps

Option 2. By email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from your registered email address.

• To: help@voicenote.io
• Subject: Account deletion request
• Body: The email address used for your account

We will process the request after verifying your identity.

What is deleted

• Account information (email, name)
• Recordings, transcripts, and summaries stored on our servers
• Customer records, schedules, and other data created in the Service

How it is processed

Upon request, your account is deactivated immediately, and stored data is processed for deletion after the request is received. Information that must be retained under applicable law (such as transaction records under Korean e-commerce law) is stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.

Records stored on your device

Records created without signing in are stored only on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the app and are never sent to our servers.
